Brad Hawker has been selling Real Estate in the Bow Valley since February of 1992. An active member of the community, Brad helps organize the Royal LePage Christmas Food Bank Drive and since 1994, has taught a community course in the Bow Valley on 'How to Buy Your First Home'. He also coordinates local fundraising efforts for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, which is dedicated to providing funding and support to shelters for abused women and their children.

Brad and Kathryn were married in 1994 in Kathryn's home town of Sydney, Australia. They have a young daughter Lauren in French immersion and a son, Callum who has joined Lauren in School.

Brad first came to the Bow Valley for a winter of skiing from Montreal and has been followed west by his parents who now live in Canmore and two sisters who now reside in Calgary.

A multi-million dollar sales leader, Brad has been the Top Producer in the office and in the top 5% of all Royal LePage agents nationally for many years. He is now in the top 2% of Royal LePage agents nationally as a recipient of the new “Diamond” award. His specialty, customized real estate marketing, grew out of his desire to be at the forefront of exceptional customer service and technology.

Brad is the Broker and a part owner of Royal LePage Rocky Mountain Realty and received the Certificate of Achievement in 1993 for Industrial, Commercial and Investment Division certification from the Calgary Real Estate Board. Brad is an active Board Member and the past President of the Pointe of View Condominium Association and very familiar with the Condominium Act and how that affects Buyers and Sellers. Brad was the Alberta representative on the 15 person organizing committee for the Royal LePage national convention held in Halifax, September 2002. Brad was also on 2 subcommittees for this conference, the 3-member technology committee and co-chair of the Auction committee, which raised $33,000 for the Royal LePage Women's Shelter Foundation. Brad also supplies text and details for the RLP Recreational Property Guide, which is a yearly report along with articles and quotes for many newspaper articles.

When Brad is not working hard for his clients, he can be found Alpine or Nordic skiing, swimming, mountain biking and hiking in our awesome "backyard". During one month in mid-summer, Brad holidays at his cottage in the Laurentians, north of Montreal, with his family at which time his business partner, Drew Betts, and Brad’s Team take care of business in a seamless manner. Prior to Real Estate Brad was very active in triathlons for 4 years and completed the Penticton Ironman and Vancouver Marathon plus coached skiing part time for 2 years with the Bow Valley Quikies.
