"I am writing in support of Brad Hawker and his team, and to highlight my satisfaction with a condominium purchase I recently transacted through Brad. This transaction was done entirely over the internet and e-mails. On Brad's site I found a listing that met my needs precisely. I was able to "tour" the condo using the "Virtual Tour" function on the web site. This virtual tour highlighted for me several additional things which I wanted to "see" so I e-mailed Brad and asked him to take several photographs (digital) for me. Specifically, I needed to get a better feeling about the surrounding neighbourhood, and the views from the sun deck. Brad had these photos e-mailed to me within a day. I decided to buy the condo. Because I was unable to be in the area during the time of the condo purchase I depended on Brad Hawker and his team to conduct the entire operation remotely, and I feel it was successful in large part because Brad answers e-mails very quickly.
